If you are trying to get your Mitel handset to function in Teleworker mode, and you see:

DHCP: DISCOVERY
OPTION 128 MISSING

after connecting the Mitel phone to a network outside of your office, you likely need to specify the Teleworker servers address.  Just unplug/replug the Mitel phone and hold down the 7 key, then enter the IP address of your Teleworker server.

Solved my problem too..hold down 7 key then put in your phone server ip address.
