StreamEngine is a router prioritizing technology that puts streaming data packets (from services like YouTube, Netflix, Games, VoIP phone calls…) ahead of non-streaming data packets (like email, browsing, file transfers…).

You can likely find the settings for this in your firewalls / routers ADVANCED > QoS (Quality Of Service) section.
