SOLVED: How to Have TWO HomeGroups on the Same Windows 7 Network

The solution is quite simple:

  1. Go to your NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER
  2. Change the Network Type from HOME to PUBLIC
  3. Change the Network Type (yes, again) from PUBLIC to HOME

This should create a second network.

Windows 8 does not allow you to change Network Types via the NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER; you need to right click on your network list to make changes.  I have not figured this out completely yet, but I will post an answer sooooooon.
