HARDWARE & SOFTWARE
We have found that most customers are tired of the excuses from ICT vendors… “… it’s the softwares fault” “…it’s Dell’s fault”. Fault is not important when you are having problems… getting it fixed is. We typically take end to end responsibily for anything that plugs into the wall, from desktops and laptops, to photocopiers and phone systems… it’s all our problem.

OK I watched the video on how to remove the transfer belt on the Samsung C460 printer as well and was unable to remove the cable like the person above. I then read your comments and watched the other video that has more to do with taking individual wires out than getting the stupid plug out. You say just pull it out but I have pulled hard but just won’t budge. Looks like there are tabs on the side so I have tried pushing those in but no luck that way either. Any suggestions?

That is me pulling at the wires so I know it works. It is possible that Samsung changed the design and that there is now a clip or something else blocking removal but if you are at the point of garbage anyway, personally, I would yank on it.

I have watched your video on cleaning the transfer belt on a Samsung C460 printer. However I am unable to remove the small power plug in the front of the machine. Necessary before pulling out the transfer belt. Is there a correct way to pull out this plug?

Straight out. It does not have a clip… just friction fit. see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0G7iIwfuaJ8

Hi,
I watched your Disassemble ‘Samsung C460 Printer To Replace Network Card’ video. I am thinking of buying one of the Samsung series but would like to disable the wifi/wireless function and only use USB or ethernet cable. It looks as though, the network card is all bunched up with wifi, usb etc? So if I was to disable it from the card end, do I just pull one of the wifi cable off from the network card? I can’t see the detail of the network card so it might be self-explanatory when I see the card inside but I am not sure if it is at all possible to disconnect wifi/wireless function from the card end rather than from the menu. Do you know? Many thanks.

You can simply disable the WiFi in the settings on all of the Samsung printers I have worked on (that had WiFi as an option 🙂 )
