SOLVED: How to Create Links To “POST TO FACEBOOK”, “TWEET THIS” or Other Social Media Sites

If you want to create buttons in your email or on your website that link to a particular web page, what you need to do is copy the complete address you want to reference and append it to the links below.

http://www.reddit.com/submit?url=

http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=

For example, if you wanted to create a link to the CHANGE.ORG petition to have residency requirements for politicians changed to a 6 month minimum (and I hope you would sign this petition) which is at https://www.change.org/en-CA/petitions/conservative-party-of-canada-please-sign-this-petition-to-ensure-that-you-are-represented-by-someone-that-has-lived-in-your-riding-for-a-minimum-of-6-months , the links would look like:
