SOLVED: Windows 10 Media Creation Tool Error Code 800704DD-0x90016

If you are using the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to create an ISO or USB stick of Windows 10 and on the last screen it errors out with:

There was a problem running this tool… Error Code 800704DD – 0x90016

 

then you are likely trying to use the Media Creation Tool with RUN AS ADMIN and for some reason that does not work.  You need to be logged in to Windows as an administrator and then run the tool.
