SOLVED: Email Not Syncing and OFF Notification Popup

If you have an Android device you might notice that the email has stopped syncing and that the word OFF appears in a grey overlay in your email program. The fix for this is to turn syncing back on and we show you how using a Samsung Galaxy S9.

1. Open your email
2. Click the menu bars (3 horizontal bars) at the top right
3. Click settings COG (top right)
4. Click on the email account in question
5. Click SYNC ACCOUNT on
