SOLVED: Backup Database Greyed out in MySQL Administrator

MySQL Administrator has been replaced with MySQL Workbench but many people still the Administrator and if you are one of them and find that the BACKUP or RESTORE options are greyed out, you need to either :

1. Click the NEW PROJECT button at the bottom middle of the Window and then enter a PROJECT NAME, OR
2. Select a project from the bottom left list of existing projects.

As you can see in the screenshot below, I have no existing projects so I had to create a new one for a customers WordPress site.
