If BOOKINGS is not available to you in your Office365 E3 or E5 account, this video will show you how to enable it.

Microsoft has changed its licensing model and removed Bookings as a default service.  It is now a zero dollar add-on so MS Bookings is free but you need manually turn it on:
  1. Surf to portal.office.com and sign is
  2. Expand SETTINGS > SERVICES & ADD INS
  3. Click BOOKINGS and make sure it is turned on

Just because it is turned on, does NOT mean you have it because it may not be licenced (yes, it is free)

  1. Click BILLING > PURCHASE SURVICES search for BUSINESS APPS (FREE)
  2. “buy” it for $0
  3. complete the wizard

Enable BILLINGS for each user

  1. Click USERS > ACTIVE USERS
  2. click on the user you want to give Billings to
  3. Expand LICENSING > BUSINESS APPS (FREE)
  4. turn on MICROSOFT BOOKINGS
