    • Hi Buddy;

      I am sorry to say, I can no longer access any 5300's until the crisis is over as they are all at people homes. I only have 2in1's so I can help you when this is done.

      While we are talking about coronavirus screwing up our lives, I wrote https://www.partisanissues.com/2020/03/what-can-you-do-to-help-in-an-emergency-like-covid-19/ a few days ago and while that will not help you tech issue, it might give you something else positive to do.

      If you can wait for this mess to clear up, just let me know and I will do my best when things are safe.

    • Hi Buddy;

      I am not sure what you mean by 'backup the bios'. I am not aware of a way to do that and I am not sure what the advantage would be. If you have an odd configuration you are worried about, you could get into the BIOS (f2 on boot) and then use your camera to take pictures of each non-default setting.

      • can you help export a bios file that size is 32mb for me.because i cant enter bios settings and i need to rewrite bios file.my laptop is lattitutude 5300 2in1.board number is18780-sc.my email is imjiangyq@163.com thank you very much

        • Hi Buddy;

          If you are asking me to export the BIOS settings on one of the 5300's I manage and then send it to you, I think can do that for you. Is that what you would like?
