We recently had a client who needed to add a new domain to their Microsoft 365 and was very confused by the process. It turns out all they wanted to do was to Have email for that domain be processed through their existing Microsoft Office 365 account. This is actually quite easy.

In this video we show you how to add the domain to your Microsoft 365, prove you own/control that domain, setup the DNS records for the domain, and add email alias’ to existing email accounts.
